Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, minced
1 1/2 lb. hamburg or ground turkey
dash of red pepper
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tsp. chili powder or to taste
2 c. drained and rinsed red kidney beans
1/2 c. water
2 small cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Rub skillet with garlic powder.
Add oil and heat.
Add peppers and onion.
Do not brown.
Add meat and brown.
Add chili pepper and mix well.
Add tomatoes, beans and water.
Season with salt. Cover and let simmer gently 30 to 40 minutes.
