Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) each pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked, squeezed extremely dry
    2 c. packaged stuffing mix
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll into walnut sized balls.
    Freeze, well wrapped.
    When ready to serve, unwrap and place on baking sheet still frozen.
