Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Butter Buds, dissolved in 1 c. water
    7 c. water
    24 oz. cubed potatoes or 1 large head cauliflower
    8 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. each: chopped onion, celery, carrots
    1 medium head cabbage
Preparation
    Cook for 1 1/2 hour on simmer.
    Stir in 1 pound cubed Velveeta cheese.
    Simmer until blended.
