Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can onion soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with ground beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into oval patties.\tIn frying pan brown patties.
    Drain
    off fat and remove patties.
    Keep warm. Gradually blend
    flour
    into
    remaining
    soup,
    mixing
    until smooth.
    Add remaining
    ingredients,
    blending
    well.
    Add to frying pan.
    Heat to
    boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits. Cover;
    cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add patties to gravy and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
