Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots
2 c. rice, cooked and cold
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Heat oil.
Add celery and onion.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add peas and carrots.
Continue to stir-fry, stirring constantly until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
Add rice.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Stir-fry until rice is heated and flavors are blended, about 2 minutes.
