4 Pie Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cool water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening; add water, egg and vinegar.
    Stir until mixed.
    A very pliable dough.
    Makes 4 crusts.
