Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados, mashed
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium finely chopped tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    2 Tbsp. lime juice or lemon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment.
    Yields about 2 1/2 cups.
