Southern Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    2 tsp. chili pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 lb. pork spareribs, fat trimmed
Preparation
    You will need 1 Reynolds oven bag (large size).
