Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients in separate bowl. Mix water with eggs.
Combine gradually.
Makes two (9-inch) double crusts and one (9-inch) shell.
