Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes, cut up
    1 red and 2 green peppers, diced
    6 onions, diced
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 tsp. allspice
    3 tsp. mustard
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cut up tomatoes, peppers and onions. Simmer all together on low for 1 hour.
    Add brown sugar and spices. Simmer for 1/2 hour until it gets thick. This burns very easily.
    Put in jars and seal. Very good.
    This is very good on a beef roast or a venison roast, too.
