Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk (Pet milk)
    graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add lemon juice. Cool until slightly congealed.
    Cream together the softened cream cheese and cup of sugar.
    Whip large can of evaporated milk; blend into the cream cheese mixture, then blend this into the Jell-O mixture.
    Pour into graham cracker pie crust; chill well.
