Spanish Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. lima beans, canned
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion and pepper slowly in butter until golden.
    Add tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add seasoning and well drained beans.
    Combine alternate layers of bean mixture and cheese in 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
