Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. flour (filling)
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
Preparation

Mix together 2 cups of flour, butter and powdered sugar.
Cut in butter like pie crust.
Pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
