Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 pkg. Dream Whip
    2 small jars baby food apricots
    2/3 c. water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and add dry Jell-O, sugar, apricots, pineapple and 2/3 cup water.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Refrigerate until thickened.
    Whip Dream Whip; fold into thickened gelatin.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch glass pan and refrigerate overnight.
    Keeps well over several days.
    Serves 15.
