Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. pecans
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl.
Stir in carrots, oil, eggs, pineapple and pecans; mix well.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
