Chicken-Broccoli-Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo, divided
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 c. cut up broccoli
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken 10 minutes or so on both sides with 1 tablespoon oleo.
    Remove chicken and keep warm. In same skillet, add rest of oleo and cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring often.
    Stir in soup, milk, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet and reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Serves 4.
