Ingredients

6 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. margarine or butter
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. quick rolled oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 cubes margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl.
Bring the last three to a rapid boil and boil 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour hot mixture over mixture in bowl; stir until chocolate melts and drop on waxed paper.
