Ingredients

2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chunk pineapple
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. small whole beets
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Stir in pineapple and syrup.
Cook until thickens.
Add butter, lemon juice and beets.
Cook 5 minutes.
