Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork, cut into 2-inch strips
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 (24 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. Chun King soy sauce
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    3 Tbsp. hot shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
Preparation
    Brown pork slowly in hot
    shortening.
    Add 1 cup water, bouillon cubes and 1/4 teaspoon
    salt.
    Mix
    well.\tCover
    and simmer until tender, about one hour.
