Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. white sugar
3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. hot water, with 1 chicken bouillon cube
2 crushed garlic cloves
red pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cut wings into 3 parts.
Discard tips.
Marinate in combination of all ingredients for minimum of 2 hours.
Bake in single layer at 350\u00b0, uncovered, basting often, turning once, for 1 hour.
Serve hot.
