Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jell-O coconut instant pudding
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
4 egg whites
1/2 c. oil or melted shortening
1 c. water
1 c. fresh coconut (if desired)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except coconut.
May add 1 cup fresh coconut, if desired.
Bake cake according to directions on box. (Don't follow directions on box, except for temperature.)
