Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pan cornbread
7 to 8 strips crisp fried bacon
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 to 2 tomatoes (optional)
mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
pepper to taste
Preparation

Crumble cornbread and bacon together very fine.
Chop onion, pepper and tomato very fine.
Add to cornbread mixture.
Add pepper and enough mayonnaise until very moist.
(This takes a lot of mayonnaise.)
Refrigerate.
