Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast (blade cut works well)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    5 medium size potatoes
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    celery, washed and chopped (leaves too!)
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1 can whole tomatoes
    V-8 or tomato juice
Preparation
    Put roast in Dutch oven.
    Dissolve the bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Add water just to top of roast.
    Cook for about 20 minutes (to get good broth) in a 250\u00b0 oven.
