Yogurt Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yogurt (plain or fruit flavored)
    1 banana, sliced
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. fruit juice
Preparation
    Combine the yogurt, banana, vanilla and juice in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
    Pour into 5 small individual paper cups.
    Place in freezer until half frozen; insert a wooden stick into each cup.
    To eat, turn the cup upside down and run hot water over it until the pop slips out.
