Lorraine'S Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. warm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tbsp. salt
    9-10 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt & sugar.
    Mix yeast and water together and pour onto flour mixture.
    Add oil & beaten eggs.
    Knead dough and cover. One hour later, knead again.
    Let sit for another hour.
    Repeat this process 3 more times.
    The last time you knead the dough, let it rest for 2 hours.
    Then form buns on a greased cookie sheet and cover with towels until the next morning.
    Bake uncovered in the morning at 350\u00b0 for 12 mins. or longer.
