Cornbread Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion
    2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
    Cook ground beef until browned.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Pour half of corn meal mixture into a greased 10 1/2-inch cash iron skillet.
