Chicken-Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. corkscrew macaroni (rotini noodles)
    3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 c. quartered ripe olives
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced cucumbers
    1 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain.
    While warm, add chicken and Italian dressing. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard.
    Add olives, onion, celery, cucumber, pepper and salt.
    Combine vegetable mixture with the chicken-macaroni mixture. Chill at least 2 hours. Serves 4 to 8.
