Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 garlic clove
    2 medium onions
    1 green pepper
    2 large cans tomatoes
    2 large cans kidney beans
    salt and pepper to taste
    chili seasoning to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    Old Bay to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and green pepper until tender.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add onions, garlic and peppers to ground beef, then add tomatoes (cut up or crushed) to mixture.
    Bring mixture to a boil and simmer until tomatoes cook down.
    At the same time, add seasonings to taste.
    Sometimes, I let this mixture sit overnight by adding beans, then reheat and serve next day. Serves 6.
