Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. hamburg
    1 or 2 onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 cans water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion in small amount of oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix celery, soups, water, rice and soy sauce. Put in large casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with noodles and bake another 15 minutes.
