Fabulous Tongue Tingling Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 (8 oz.) jar pickle relish
    1 (32 oz.) Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely diced onions (optional)
    1 c. shredded carrots (optional)
    4 stalks crisp celery, diced
    6 boiled eggs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 (8 oz.) bottle yellow or golden spicy mustard
    pepper, sugar and seasoned salt to taste
    fresh parsley leaves
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
    Boil in water until tender. While potatoes are boiling, dice peppers, onions, celery and carrots.
    Boil eggs on high for 5 minutes, then cool in cold water.
    Peel eggs and dice.
    Put all diced ingredients in large bowl.
    Drain cooked potatoes and add to diced vegetables.
    Add Miracle Whip, relish and mustard; season with pepper, sugar and seasoned salt to taste.
    Stir well to blend all the ingredients. Sprinkle finished salad with paprika.
    Garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
