Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 stick butter
 
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. fruit
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter in 10 x 10 x 2-inch dish.
 
Mix together flour, milk and 1/2 cup sugar.
Pour over butter.
Spread 3 cups fruit over mixture.
Add remaining 1 cup of sugar over fruit.
Pour water over sugar.
(Can use juice from fruit.)
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
