Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal, beef or pork (ground)
    4 eggs
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    some bread crumbs
    oregano
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; roll into balls and fry.
    Add brown gravy or tomato sauce and simmer 1 hour.
    Serve with pasta or rice.
