Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 slices bread, torn into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown, crumbling as it cooks.
    Drain well. Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 x 8-inch casserole dish.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; beat well and pour over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until set.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
