Beauceron Maple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. maple syrup
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. apples
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/3 c. shredded coconut
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. maple sugar
    4 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    In bowl mix vegetable oil, syrup, carrots, eggs, nuts and coconut together.
    Gradually blend in dry ingredients.
    Pour mixture into greased 9-inch pan.
    Bake around 40 minutes.
    Remove the cake.
