Grilled Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 squash
2 green squash
3 carrots
3 potatoes
1 medium onion
Molly McButter
Preparation

Cut into quarters the squash, potatoes, carrots and onion. Place on large piece of aluminum foil.
Spray with Pam.
Place vegetables on foil.
Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Molly McButter.
Wrap foil tightly and grill until fork-tender, 15 to 25 minutes.
Some other vegetables good for grilling are corn, mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower.
