Orange-Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. raisins
    8 to 10 whole cloves
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    orange slice
    mint sprig
Preparation
    Combine orange juice, raisins and cloves in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
    In small bowl, combine cornstarch, water, mustard and salt, blending well.
    Slowly stir into orange juice mixture.
    Cook, stirring, 3 to 5 minutes longer or until thickened.
    Transfer to serving bowl.
    Float an orange slice on top.
    Garnish with mint sprig.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Serve with baked ham.
