Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
2 lb. round steak, tenderized
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. oil
1/2 medium chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. water
2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
-
Pound flour into meat.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown meat in oil.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer until done, about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
