Cheddar Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini squash
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. Ritz crackers, fine ground
Preparation
    Salt cooked squash.
    Mix the next 3 ingredients; fold in the beaten egg whites.
    Layer half the squash and egg white mixture in 12 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Crumble strips of bacon on top.
    Repeat layers.
    Mix the butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over top. Bake in a 12 x 9-inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
