Savory Kraut Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
    1/2 c. diced onion
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place crumbled bacon in pastry shell. Cover with onion. Slightly beat eggs with milk and pepper. Stir in kraut and cheese, saving enough to sprinkle over top.
    Pour over bacon and onion. Top with cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
