Linguine Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pistachios
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 gloves garlic
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. linguine noodles
Preparation
-
Blend the pistachios, basil, parsley and garlic in a food processor until they form a paste. Add the next five ingredients. Cook linguine. Add butter and stir pesto into the noodles.
