Caramel Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/3 c. milk
    3 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add brown sugar.
    Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and cook until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes.
    Gradually add confectioners sugar, beating until frosting is of good spreading consistency.
    Makes 2 cups.
