Healthy Pancakes(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    6 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. natural applesauce
    4 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together with wire whisk in a large bowl. Next, in a separate bowl, whip egg whites, applesauce, milk and vanilla for about a minute with electric mixer.
    Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring with wire whisk just long enough to combine the two (less than a minute).
    Cook in a nonstick skillet or griddle, at about 375\u00b0.
    (No oil is required.)
