Snow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix
    1 large or 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large container Cool Whip
    coconut
Preparation
    Bake cake in a large pan.
    Cool completely.
    Mix pudding with milk.
    Mix pudding with softened cream cheese.
    Spread on cooled cake with pineapple.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Cover with coconut. Store in refrigerator.
