Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked sausage
    6 potatoes, cubed
    6 carrots
    1 can mushrooms
    1 onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
Preparation
    Cube
    potatoes\tand
    slice
    carrots, lengthwise.
    Slice sausage
    lengthwise.
    Layer
    potatoes,
    carrots, mushrooms and onions
    in a casserole dish.
    Put butter over mixture and pour sweet and sour sauce over ingredients, enough to soak ingredients. Lay
    sausage
    with
    cut side down over the ingredients. Cook for 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are done.
