Cheesy Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated American cheese (about 6 oz.)
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 (30 to 32 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. diced red pepper
    2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    3/4 c. lean, cooked ham, trimmed and diced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 3-quart saucepan, over low heat, melt margarine.
    Whisk in flour, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Blend well and slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until smooth.
    Increase heat to medium and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened and bubbling.
