My Mom'S Favorite Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten (Egg Beaters are a good substitute)
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix and stir all ingredients.
    Drop on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
    Cool before removing from foil. They will have a nice shiny bottom and will be a good crispy treat.
