Chinese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef)
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix everything except meat and bread crumbs.
    Mix thoroughly. Mix in meat; your hands work best.
    Still with your hands, mix in bread crumbs briefly.
    If you mix too long now, it will be tough. In a greased loaf pan, gently pat in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
