Aunt Genna'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. medium chopped onions
    2 tsp. butter
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    2 beef bouillon cubes (1 cube plus 1/2 c. water)
    2 lb. hamburger (chuck)
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 can tomato sauce (10 oz.)
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Mix stuffing and bouillon cubes (boiled with water) in bowl.
    Add onions, beef, cheese, parsley, egg, salt and pepper; blend.
    Form in loaf.
    Dot with butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes until brown.
    Add tomato sauce and oregano.
    Bake 1/2 hour.
