Sprout And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cartons pineapple yogurt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. spinach
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    8 slices bacon
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    In a small bowl stir yogurt, soy sauce, pepper and garlic; cover and chill.
    Fix spinach; don't use stem sprouts.
    Fry bacon; crumble.
    In a bowl, put spinach, sprouts, bacon, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
    Cover and chill for 4 to 6 hours.
