Pepper Corn Brandy Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. coarse pepper
4 small New York steaks
4 Tbsp. brandy

Preparation

Sprinkle pepper on both sides of steak (press in).
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Place steaks on grill 4 to 6 inches from bed of coals.
Cook, turning once, 5 minutes for rare.
Place meat on platter.
Heat and ignite brandy.
Pour over steaks.
